GMA's morning show "Yan ang Morning", hosted by Marian Rivera sets its finale episode to be aired on August 12, 2016, confirmed by Marian herself, according to entertainment site Pep.ph.
Marian clarified that she only signed for just one season and GMA network executives wanted to extend the show but the prime time actress declined the offer as she wants to focus her time to her daughter Baby Zia.
"Sabi nila, ‘Extend na natin hanggang three weeks, paabutin na natin hanggang birthday mo.’ Siyempre ako rin, gusto ko rin mag-focus kay Zia especially ngayong lumalaki na siya at pumapasok na siya sa school." Marian said.
When asked about having the possibility of being bashed by netizens because of "Yan ang Morning's" short life span, the actress reacts, "Naku, hayaan mo sila. Ang alam ko nga, tuwang-tuwa sa taas dahil full load ang show."
The finale episode will have Dingdong Dantes and Baby Zia as guests.
With "Yan ang Morning" due to end this August, Marian is left with two shows on GMA Network: Encantadia and Sunday PinaSaya.
