Celebrities Perform at Duterte Thanksgiving Party; Heavy Rain Forces Vice Ganda to Cancel His Performance

Talents from Davao, Visayas and Mindanao also showed their performances.<br /> <br /> However, host-comedian Vice Ganda wasn't able to perform in the said event because of power interruption due to heavy rain.
