The photo shows the Teen King holding his official Comelec Ballot which is inside the ballot secrecy folder. Some netizens react that Padilla is violating the election rules which is taking a picture inside the polling precinct.<br />
<br />
Though fans of Daniel Padilla defend the Kapamilya actor saying that media are allowed to take photos inside the polling precinct for documentation and news purposes, bashers still criticized the actor and accused the BEI of giving Daniel a VIP treatment.<br />
