Teen King Daniel Padilla casts his vote for the first time and in fact, he's one of the early birds who voted for this Presidential Election.
However, a photo posted by Gretchen Fullido of ABS-CBN News earned criticism for the actor.

The photo shows the Teen King holding his official Comelec Ballot which is inside the ballot secrecy folder. Some netizens react that Padilla is violating the election rules which is taking a picture inside the polling precinct.
Though fans of Daniel Padilla defend the Kapamilya actor saying that media are allowed to take photos inside the polling precinct for documentation and news purposes, bashers still criticized the actor and accused the BEI of giving Daniel a VIP treatment.
Taking selfies inside the precinct with a ballot is an election offense and if found guilty could result to prison for up to 6 years.
