Star Cinema has just announced on Tuesday that the director behind the romantic comedy 'That Thing Called Tadhana', Antoinette Jadaone, will be making a film starring Jodi Sta. Maria, Ian Veneracion, and Richard Yap.
Still untitled, the movie revolves around the life of a 30-year old woman who's experiencing the stigma of being single at that age.
Jadaone who's also the director behind the hit romantic series 'On The Wings of Love' said that the film will be funny and light and filled with kilig moments between the three characters.
Jodi worked with both Ian and Richard. The actress' career blossomed when she top-billed the hit morning series 'Be Careful With My Heart' with Richard Yap and later on became Amor Powers in the remake of 'Pangako Sa 'Yo', paired with Ian Veneracion.
"I'm really very excited to be working with both of them. I respect them both and I appreciate them both," Jodi said.
The 41-year old Ian and 48-year-old Yap were also both excited for the movie.
The film will start its first shooting day tomorrow, May 5. No release date has been given yet.
