Matteo Guidicelli Breaks His Silence on Sarah Geronimo's Pregnancy Issue

<br /> Matteo Guidicelli speaks up regarding the on-going rumors that his girlfriend, pop-star royalty Sarah Geronimo, is pregnant. It's 100-percent guarantee, it's not true."<br /> <br /> "Sarah is okay and we're both busy with our work... She's happy where she is and, you know, she's been working her whole life...So I think she deserves a break and deserves to be happy also." Matteo added.<br /> <br /> The Dolce Amore star also clarified the issue that Sarah needed a break for "medical reasons".<br /> <br /> "She was just feeling really bad these past few weeks...but she's okay, she's happy.... Sarah is happy, everything is fine."<br /> <br /> Matteo said that there's nothing to worry about since his girlfriend is perfectly fine.<br /> <br /> "I think she needs a break, she needs time for herself...
