The Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez will be back once again on Primetime after several years of being in hiatus in the telenovela scene.
Regine is set to star in the upcoming comedy-drama series of GMA Network entitled Poor Señorita.

Regine expresses her mixed feelings in once again doing a teleserye. "Masaya but at the same time I'm also very anxious, a little nervous kasi I haven't done this in a while".
The Asia's Songbird last appeared in a prime-time series I Heart You Pare, where former Kapuso actress Iza Calzado replaced her after finding out that she'll be having a baby to husband Ogie Alcasid. Nate, Regine's son is now five (5) years old.
Poor Señorita tells the story of a rich lady who suddenly turned poor and will find the true happiness in the company of children.
The drama series also stars Mikael Daez, Jillian Ward, Zymic Jaranilla, Miggs, Cuaderno, and Ms. Snooky Serna.
Directed by Dominic Zapata, Poor Señorita will start airing on GMA Telebabad starting March 28.
