After the hit success of its first season, Billy Crawford returns as the host of the show but this time, he'll be joining by Your Face Sounds Familiar season 1 grand winner Melai Cantiveros.<br />
<br />
Cantiveros wins the first season of the show after impersonating Miley Cyrus which garnered her the most number of votes from the televiewers. Her runner-up Nyoy Violante impersonated Whitney Houston while RNB Prince Jay-R and Edgar Allan Guzman came 3rd and 4th place portraying Frank Sinatra and Chris Brown.<br />

Who'll be the next set of contestants that will transform into music icons every week? We'll just have to wait for the announcement.<br />

Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo brings pride and honor to the Philippines after bagging the 10th International Song Contest: The Global Sound for her song "Kilometro"<br />
<br />
Sarah competed against 26 different countries including Singarpore, South Korea, Turkey, Brazil, Pero, France, Sweden, The United Kingdoma and United States of America.<br />
<br />
ISC Global Sound reports that this is the first time that an Asian county won in the competition. Sarah once joined the said contest in 2011 with the hit song "Sino Nga Ba Siya" but failed to advance to the final round.<br />

<i>"Nag-shift po talaga from… Kasi ang nangyari po kasi sa akin, feeling ko, stabilized lang siya, steady lang siya, andiyan lang si Alden. Kumbaga, hindi siya nawawala. Pero pagpasok po nung Eat Bulaga!, pagpasok ng AlDub, talagang boom! Zoom, zumoom po talaga"</i><br />

Alden recently signed a recording contract with GMA Network and will be releasing is second album wherein most of the songs come from the songs he usually dubsmash in the Kalyeserye.<br />
<br />
And now that AlDub is very popular in the country, seems that other love teams are being threatened by their popularity. Some even say that AlDub defeated this generation's love teams such as KathNiel and JaDine.<br />

When asked about this issue, Alden replied,<br />

<i>"Uy hindi naman po! Parang for me naman po, para sa akin, may supporters po ang KathNiel, tapos may supporters din naman po ang Aldub. So, for us naman po, never naman po kaming nakikipag-compete with anyone, with any loveteam po. So, we’re just happy na maraming supporters. And siguro ginagawa lang po namin yung trabaho namin po para makapagbigay ng entertainment po sa mga tao."</i><br />

With the success of AlDub, there are also rumors that other Kapuso actresses are now scared to be Alden's loveteam as AlDub fans and solid supporters might not allow this to happen.<br />

Now, rumors are circulating in the four corners of showbiz industry that Regine will say goodbye from being a Kapuso and about to transfer to another network.<br />
<br />
Is it true that contract of the Asia's Songbird now expires and her last show from the Kapuso network will be as one of the judges of the upcoming reality talent show Starstruck IV?<br />
<br />
Recently, the Kapamilya network ABS-CBN showed a teaser of a new singing competition "Tanghalan ng Telebisyon" derived from the previous show "Tawag ng Tanghalan". Will Velasquez become a part of this new show? Velasquez was once offered to be one of the judges of The Voice of the Philippines but due to conflicts, she ended up renewing her contract with GMA Network.<br />
<br />
Now that Sunday All Stars is no longer airing and Regine is not a part of Sunday PinaSaya, will she really transfer to ABS-CBN and become a Kapamilya?<br />
<br />
All of these are just speculations until the Asia's songbird give her formal statement to which we don't know when. Let's just wait and see.<br />

After signing a four-year contract with APT Films last Sunday, Richards signed a recording contract with GMA Records. The contract signing was held at the 17th floor of GMA Network Center and attended by GMA Records Vice President and COO Felipe S. Yalung, managing director Rene Salta, and Assistant Talent Manager Gigi Santiago-Lara.<br />
<br />
In line with this, Alden will be releasing his second album in which most of the songs were actually heard in their "Kalyeserye" in Eat Bulaga's All for Juan Juan for All.<br />
<br />
In an interview with 24 Oras, Alden said that the Album will have at least two original songs, one Tagalog and one English.<br />
<br />
<i>"The rest puro remake ng mga songs namin na tumatak. So, abangan na lang nila kung ano ang mga songs na 'yan... pero mukhang alam na nila kung ano ang mga iyon."</i><br />

Alden still couldn't believe what's happening in his career. Admit it or not, their love team AlDub really helped him a lot. AlDub consistently become a top trending topic in social media specifically on Twitter.<br />
