However, this issue is now dead as Jennylyn signed the contract in the presence of GMA Chairman and CEO Felipe L. Gozon, Presiden and COO Gilberto Duavit Jr., CFO Felipe S. With an international movie shown in the supposed original screening of 'Just the 3 of Us', this might affect the earnings of the movie.<br /> <br /> This leaves Viva Films no choice but to battle 'Just The 3 of Us' with their own movie 'This Time'<br /> <br /> JaDine's movie however was graded A by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB), making the Viva-produced movie entitled to a 100% tax rebate. John Lloyd and Jennylyn Mercado's film on the other hand was graded B, making them eligible for a 50% tax rebate.<br /> <br /> Which film will capture the heart of moviegoers and which movie will win this battle?<br /> <br />
