Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo is hailed as 2015 Asian Artist of the Year from "Hello Asia", an independent Australian source which focuses on Asian Music and Culture for the past two years.
In Hello Asia's website, more than 400,000 thousand votes were counted to which the Popstar Royalty emerges as winner with the highest number of votes, making her the Asian Artist of the Year for 2015. Nadine Lustre and James Reid aka JaDine were also runners up in the same category.
Since 2003 after winning the talent competition Star for a Night, Sarah has gone a long long way. She already has more than 100 awards from different award giving bodies not only in the Philippines but also abroad.
Aside from her multi-platinum albums and sold-out concerts, she was also named in the 2012 MNet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) as Best Asian Artist-Philippines, held in Hongkong. She was also hailed as Best Southeast Asia Act at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards held in the United Kingdom.
Sarah also just recently held a two-day sold-out concert in Araneta Coluseum months ago. Indeed, Sarah is one of the best artists in the Philippines.
