Phenomenal love team AlDub - Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, is soon to receive their Walk of Fame stars in the Philippine Walk of Fame event on December 1st at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City. The Philippine Walk of Fame is the counterpart of America's Hall of Fame.
The news was revealed by GMA News' Instagram account. But of course, aside from AlDub, the kalyeserye sisters/trio JoWaPao - Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and Paolo Ballesteros will also be receiving their stars at the Walk of Fame. The trio gives life to Eat Bulaga's Kalyeserye as Lola Nidora, Tidora, and Tinidora.
GMA artists Julie Anne San Jose and Jake Vargas will also receive their Walk of Fame Stars this year. They are currently being seen in GMA's Buena Familia.
The local counterpart of Hollywoods' Walk of Fame, as mentioned earlier, is an idea of Master Showman himself German Moreno aka Kuya Germs, aiming to commend artists' contributions in the local showbiz industry.
The Walk of Fame is already on its tenth year since it started last December 1st, 2005. Last year, several celebrities receive their own Walk of Fame stars namely Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, Tom Rodriguez, Willie Revillame, and the Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda.
