Last Saturday was Eat Bulaga's victory as the noon-time show beats its rival program It's Showtime in Ratings game. This is because of the phenomenal love team Alden Richards and Maine "Yaya Dub" Mendoza also known as AlDub.

The Saturday episode of AlDub's Kalyeserye helped boost the ratings of Eat Bulaga with a whopping 32.4% against It's Showtime's 16.6% based on the data gathered by AGB Nielsen.

This is so far the highest rating Eat Bulaga got this year. The AlDub fever continues to trend in social media and become a talk of the town even in the corporate world. Even Showtime's madlang people and some of its hosts including Jhong Hilario are also watching AlDub. And despite Yaya Dub's absence in the Kalyeserye episode aired yesterday, Alden Richards, Frankie, and Lola NiDora were able to sustain the crowd's and the viewers' interest.
Kudos to AlDub and Eat Bulaga! Look's like It's Showtime will be having a hard time beating the longest running noon-time show in the Philippines.
