If you think that Alden Richards is only topping the TV Ratings and social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter, you might have to think twice as the Pambansang Bae is also dominating the record sales.
Richards, the half of the phenomenal love team AlDub (the other half is of course Maine "Yaya Dub" Mendoza) is making rounds in the music scene after his latest single "Wish I May" from his sophomore album under GMA Records debuts at number one in the popular online music store iTunes.
"Wish I May" even beats international singers Taylor Swift with the song "Wildest Dreams" which is currently at number 3 and Justine Bieber's What Do You Mean?" which is occupying the 2nd spot.
Alden is the only Filipino artist included in the top 20 of iTunes. The music video of "Wish I May" is set to be released anytime soon as well as his second album.
