Jovit Baldivino Shows Disrespect to Veteran Musician Wency Cornejo

Veteran singer and composer Wency Cornejo, the man behind local band AfterImage, couldn't help but post his dismay over Pilipinas Got Talent season 1 winner Jovit Baldivino about the latter's out of respect and ethics during an out-of-town event in General Santos City.

In his Facebook post, Cornejo said that Baldivino sang the singer's popular song despite the fact that Wency asked Jovit not to sing it. Though Wency did not mention the title of the song, rumors have it that he is talking about the song "Hanggang".

Cornejo receives mixed reactions after posting the said status. Some agree to the veteran singer while others defend Baldivino to which Wency posted another statement to those who commented.

"Sa lahat ng mga nagre-reply sa post ko, sana naman huwag tayong manlait ng kapwa. Kung nagkamali man pwede naman tayo magpatawad. If you resort to name calling and bashing, it only goes to show that you are also lacking in respect, humility and class."

He also added,

"It's funny how some people seem to find a way to defend that which is indefensible with nonsense."

Baldivino on the other hand still hasn't give his side regarding Wency's post as of this writing.
