Your Face Sounds Familiar seasons 2 first runner up and the singer behind the song "Pare Mahal Mo Raw Ako" Michael Pangilinan admits that he's the guy in a video scandal that went viral on February 14, Valentine's Day.

The said video shows Michael doing sensitive acts to his manhood while chatting with someone on the other line.
According to Michael, he was Skype-ing with a Fil-Am girl during that time.
Pangilinan gave a straight answer when asked about the viral video. "Simple lang po ang sasabihin ko, hindi ko naman po itinatanggi na ako ang nasa video. Totoo po na ako 'yon"
In an interview with the press people in a pocket press-con for the M&M #pumapagibig concert together with Marion Aunor, Michael clarified that the incident happened about 3 or 4 years ago.
"Bata pa ako noon, iyon yung mga panahon na gago pa ako", he said.
The 19-year-old singer said that he is now a changed man since he's already a father at a young age.
"Pero dati po yun, iba na po ako ngayon. May anak na po kasi ako ngayon. So, ayaw kong mag-reflect sa kanya ang mga nangyayari...Gusto ko paglaki niya, wala na siyang iisipin, gusto ko ay mag-aral lang siyang mabuti."
He also added that he doesn't need to lie about the video.
"The more na itatago mo siya at magsisinungaling ka, the more na paglalaruan ka ng mga tao, e. Talagang handa akong aminin na ako talaga 'yon."
Despite what happened, Pangilinan is thankful for the support he receives from his family and friends.
"Ang pinakamaganda lang sa nangyari sa akin, ang family ko, friends ko, manager ko, fans ko, kayo [press] po, thankful ako na nandiyan kayo to support me. Kasi kung wala kayo, saan ako magsasalita?"
"Kaya thankful ako kay God, kasi alam kong kahit na my problemang dumarating, kahit ganito yung nangyayari sa akin, nandiyan kayo to support me, to guide me, para mas maging madali ang buhay"
