Marian Rivera's 'Yan Ang Morning' to Battle ABS-CBN's New Morning Show?

Kapuso actress Marian Rivera is set to debut its new morning show entitled "Yan Ang Morning!" which will air on GMA Network soon.

In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal or PEP.ph last April 7 in a presscon for Maxipeel, Rivera admitted that she's having mixed emotions when GMA gave her the morning show.

"Sobrang naligalig ako sa tuwa, at the same time, madami akong kuwestiyon sa sarili ko, kung kaya ko ba... kasi hindi ko naman forte ang paghu-host, pero sabi ko nga at sabi rin ng asawa ko, wala namang masama kung subukan ko ang mga bagay na hindi ka pamilyar, di ba?"

The said talk show will be interactive as it will be having its own Twitter account wherein Marian herself will be the one communicating with her audience.

"Magpu-post ako dun na may mga questions ako, especially sa mga nanay na first time na katulad ko na maraming mga questions, e...So magkakaroon din ako ng koneksyon sa audience ko, kung ano ba ang gusto nilang pag-usapan at gusto nilang malaman."

When asked if her show will rival ABS-CBN's talk show to be hosted by Karla Estrada, Jolina Magdangal, and Melai Cantiveros, Marian said she still has no idea but if that would be the case, the Kapuso actress said that she's not worried about it.

"Alam mo, ganun talaga ang mga network - kanya-kayang tapata, kanya-kanyang programa... so okay lang yun!"

Marian's "Yan Ang Morning" will air on GMA starting this May 2016 from Mondays to Fridays.
