'I am in disbelief right now but very grateful' Carol Banawa, now residing in the States, posts on her Instagram account after Vampire Diaries aired its episode entitled 'Days of Future Past'.
'Bakit Di Totohanin', a song which was released in 1997 was Carol Banawa's hit during that time and after many years, it has been used as background music in 'The Vampire Diaries' episode 716. The song was played while Paul Wesley (Stefan) and Elizabeth Blackmoore (Valerie) were having a conversation.
Banawa didn't forget to thank the CW Series' music supervisor, actor-turned-director Ian Somerhalder and the show's cast for featuring her song.
The said song was originally used in Judy Ann Santos - Pilo Pascual movie of the same title.
The latest episode of The Vampire Diaries was aired on April 1st, 2016.
